Have spent most of the days working on several art projects for display in the campground. Made the JOY sign from some items left on picnic table. I then decided that since this is our 5th visit it was time to make a sign for the sign posts near the tent area. I am an amateur artist and my hand writing is less than perfect, but nevertheless completed it and hope that it lasts. Thanks Ken for hanging them.

Also the face rocks left on the table I placed in two trees on the wooden path. Unfortunately several days later they were gone. Kept looking to see if they had been placed somewhere else. So I have collected several rocks to paint and will try again to put them along the path. The next day one went missing. Think this is some sort of game and don't know if they are replaced in other trees or if kept by finder. Next year will make more as it is the thrill of the game.

On one of our walks, finally spotted an eagle. Usually see several families, but not this time.
Going out the gate one day finally saw some deer.
This has been a relaxing time and our favorite campground. Will return next year. There is nothing to complain about this campground. In the 5 years we have been coming it just gets better and better if that is possible. Ken and his staff do a remarkable job in maintaining the flower gardens, grounds, sites, public facilities and overall friendliness. The views of the Juan de Fuca Strait, San Juan Islands, Vancouver Island and Olympic Peninsula very relaxing. Only saw one eagle this year and no whales. Maybe next year we can do the whale watch boat tour.
Another beautiful sunset after the rain.
Driftwood art on the beach and campground sign posts etc.
