Our blog is to keep family and friends informed of our motorhome journeys.
We have dreamed of this for many years and finally our dream has come true.
We are looking forward to many happy miles ahead.

Saying Goodby to Coronado

01 January 2016

Regrettably  we left Fidder's Cove Navy RV Park on Coronado this morning. Sure will miss the beautiful views of the San Diego Bay,Navy Ships, Beaches and ambiance of Coronado. No more finding sand dollars, watching the shore birds, beach walking and sheer serenity of the ocean until next time.

It was a 2 hour drive via IH 15 to 215  arriving March ARB, formerly March AFB, RV Park. We will be here for 4 nights before departing for Nellis AFB DESERT EAGLE RV PARK. We are looking forward to reconnecting with friends from past visits. We will be here until the 5th of March.

Below are photos from our last days at Coronado. Had to have some Ice Cream from Mootime. Palm tree is largest I have seen. It is on Ocean Avenue.
