Hot Dogs, Bikes and Snow Pics

13 November 2014

Heard about Delux Hot Dogs having the best dogs in town, so since they close at 4PM during the week, decided to have lunch.John got the spicy polish and I the top dog. The Top Dog has tomato, onion and blue cheese..fattening, but worth it. Urge you to stop in for lunch if on Coronado. Sweet Potato fries good also.

On the way to town got a good pic of the Coronado Bridge. Also walking to Delux, passed a bicycle shop with some unusual bikes..the bamboo is priceless and not for sale. The green bike interesting. Very expensive price tags. There were also some with very large/wide tires..maybe these are for beach riding. While we are here, want to rent a bike just to see if I still remember how to ride after some 50 years. I was 9 years old before I learned to ride and have not ridden since my late teens.

Daughter Hope sent us two photos of the snow in Redmond. Beautiful, but we prefer the beach and sunshine. Sure they are making sure the animals are staying warm..especially the horses.

Our neighbor next to us has a Golden Retriever, Sandy. I am partial  to Goldens and Labs so had to get my dog fix and pet her.Very friendly dog and loves to give kisses. John keeps saying no more dogs, but have heard that before.
